Extended Care
Our Extended Care Program provides a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for students before and after the school day. Designed to support the needs of busy families, the program offers a seamless extension of the school experience where students are cared for by trusted staff in a welcoming, faith-filled setting.
Students have time to complete homework, enjoy quiet reading, participate in games and activities, and spend time with friends in a structured and supervised environment. Whether families need care on a regular basis or occasionally, our Extended Care Program offers flexibility and peace of mind, knowing their children are safe, supported, and cared for throughout the day.
Hours
Before School: 7:00 am - 7:45 am
After School: 3:00 pm - 5:30 pm
Minimum Days: 12:15 - 5:30 pm
Extended Care ends at 5:30 pm. In the event you are late picking up your child, you will be charged $5.00 per minute per child.
Rates
ONE CHILD: $10.00 per hour – maximum $200.00 per month
TWO CHILDREN: $15.00 per hour – maximum $225.00 per month
THREE OR MORE $20.00 per hour – maximum $250.00 per month
Payment Methods
- Extended Care is invoiced the month following usage and is due upon receipt.
- Payment may be made by check, cash, or credit or debit card, or upon request, added to your FACTS tuition agreement.
Preschool Hours
After School: 12:00 PM – 5:30 PM Monday – Friday
Extended Care ends at 5:30 pm. In the event you are late picking up your child, you will be charged $5.00 per minute per child.
Preschool Rates
ONE CHILD: $10.00 per hour – maximum $400.00 per month
TWO CHILDREN: $15.00 per hour – maximum $500.00 per month
